2016 Coupon Book Sale

From September 9 to 26, all Hamilton County elementary schools will unite in a campaign to sell 60,000 coupon books! Now in its 29th year, the Kids First program has raised millions of dollars for our schools. Technology has been purchased, school improvements have been made, field trips have been funded and many other important things have been accomplished through this fundraising program. We plan to use the proceeds for student materials and our Leader in Me initiative. 

This year, our goal is to sell 1600 coupon books and raise $11,200 for our school. 

The cost of the book is still only $10 and it offers thousands of dollars in savings! Seventy percent of the funds raised will stay here at our school; the remainder will be used to pay expenses of the campaign and to support other educational programs coordinated by the Hamilton County Schools Fund for Excellence. 

Enclosed with this letter you will find the order form, instructions and incentives. Please note that you should expect a 24 hour turn around to process orders and that all orders must be submitted to the classroom teacher each morning. 

This campaign is very important to our school. With your help, we can accomplish our goals and make it the most successful year ever!

ERE Kids First Coupon Book Sales Instructions 

 All books $10/each. 

All sales must be written on the order form and given to your student’s classroom teacher when school starts in the morning in order for sales to be processed and credit given to your student for the sale. A new ½ sheet order form will be sent home with filled orders to be used for future sales. Please use the new form for additional sales. 

 Student’s name, teacher’s name and grade MUST be written on the order form. 

 Please expect a 24 hour turn around for processing orders. Your patience is greatly appreciated. For example: If your child turns in an order on Monday, September 12, it should be filled and sent home with your child by the next day, Tuesday, September 13th

- All orders must be pre-paid by cash, check or money order. 

- All sales MUST be complete by Monday, September 26nd for your child to get credit for the sales. NO Exceptions. 

- All orders will be sent home with the student unless an office pick up is scheduled. Please call the office at 493-9296 to determine a pick up time. Remember, there will be 24 hour turn around.
